How our billing works
We want to make paying for your session as easy and stress-free as possible. We offer two clear billing pathways depending on your circumstances:
For private/everyday clients
The Cost
New Device Setups are a flat rate of $149.
1:1 Tech Coaching is $95 per hour.
How to Pay
There are no hidden fees. You can pay securely on the day of your appointment via EFTPOS, credit card, or cash.
For NDIS Participants (Capacity Building)
We are proud to support self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants. Our services align with Capacity Building and Core Support goals to foster digital independence and community connection.
Self-managed
You pay on the day of your appointment, and we will instantly email you a compliant tax invoice with the correct NDIS line items so you can claim it back through your portal.
Plan-managed
No out-of-pocket payment is required on the day! Simply provide your Plan Manager's details when booking, and we will email the invoice directly to them for processing.
